Hi Parents, 

We are looking forward to the team photo and meet tonight. Please note that we have flexibility in meet entries tonight since this is our practice meet. For future meets, all swimmers will be guaranteed to swim the freestyle event and a relay due to our league's entry restrictions and the size of our team. I have included tonight's heat sheet in this email for your reference. We will combine heats where possible. 

Here are the meet logistics:

Timeline:

4:30 - Individual photos begin (optional)

5:00 - Team Photo

5:30 - 5:50 Warm ups

5:45 - Officials Meeting by the orange ready benches (All Judges: stroke

touch-turn, place, timers meet director, league rep of both teams, head coach of both

teams).

5:55 Timers report to timing area and National Anthem

6:00 Meet starts!

PARKING: Love Park parking lots. There is also street parking available on adjacent streets, but please look out for ‘no parking’ signs and be sure that driveways and street corners are left clear. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN CARS.

CONCESSIONS: We will have Chick-fil-A nuggets provided for swimmers and Chicken Sandwiches and nuggets for sale for parents and siblings. Drinks will also be available for purchase.
