~5:40-5:45 Half Lappers Event

5:45 Officials Meeting by the orange ready benches (All Judges: stroke

touch-turn, place, timers meet director, league rep of both teams, head coach of both teams).

5:55 Timers report to timing area and National Anthem

6:00 Meet starts!

SET-UP: Please take a look at the attached sitemap for the meet and note where the home team will be sitting. The visiting team will be sitting in the shaded area by the park. We recommend parents bring chairs. Also, we encourage parents to enter the pool deck area to cheer on their swimmers, but we politely ask that they exit the on-deck spectating area once their swimmer is finished.

PARKING:Here is a link to a map of our available parking lots. There is also street parking available on adjacent streets, but please look out for ‘no parking’ signs and be sure that driveways and street corners are left clear. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN CARS.

CONCESSIONS: We will have the usual concessions along with Pi Pizza and Rita’s Shaved Ice.
