Hello Hammerheads!

Tonight's meet is at Memorial Bend(12805 Boheme Drive.) Heat sheets will be emailed out this afternoon in advance of the meet. With regard to volunteers, there are still a few volunteer needs that have not been filled.

Please plan to arrive at 5:00, and if you're a wrangler, arriving at 4:45 would be wonderful if you can swing it! Swimmer drop off is located off of Boheme, and parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be mindful of the “parking permitted this side of street” and “no parking” signs posted and be careful not to block driveways. Our team will set-up on the grassy area on the northwest side of the pool. A limited number of spectator seats are available at the pool, so parents are encouraged to bring chairs.

5:00 Swimmers and Volunteers Arrive

5:05 Memorial Bend Warm Up

5:25 Hammerhead Warm Up (swimmers will need to have their arms marked before getting in the water)

5:45 Half Lappers Swim

5:50 Meet Officials Meeting

6:00 National Anthem and Meet Begins

Concessions will include Chick-fil-A, assorted drinks, and of course, candy. Small bills are appreciated.

We are hopeful that the wet weather will move out in advance of the meet, but to the extent that any weather concerns impact the meet schedule, we will let you know as soon as possible.
