Hi Hammerhead Parents,

Our swim meets will go live on May 15. Please sign your swimmer up for the meets they can attend and sign up to volunteer at the swim meets. To do this, (1) click the Meets & Events tab --> (2) Click on an upcoming meet --> (3) click on the green "Meet Entry" button.

• Friendly reminder, swimmers are guaranteed to swim one (1) individual event and one (1) relay at swim meets.
• Only swimmers who are registered for the swim meet will be entered in the swim meet - no late entries will be accepted.
• Meet of Champs is a qualifying meet. Please indicate whether or not your child can attend IF they qualify. Please know that if you indicate your swimmer can attend, you are committing to the entire session on both Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25.

Volunteer Information:

We have opened numerous volunteer slots and need your help to ensure swim meets and other events run smoothly! Please log in to Swimtopia and register for your families 8 volunteer point minimum for the season.

We recommend using the SwimTopia website to register (vs app) as it allows you to read volunteer position job descriptions as well as to better see time window commitments for a particular role. If you are unsure if you can commit to a volunteer slot we ask that you kindly pass and only register for items you can commit too.

Again, thank you for your willingness to volunteer! It takes a village to run to swim meets and team events. The Hammerheads have been fortunate to never have to stop a swim meet or cancel an event due to lack of parent volunteers. We appreciate your help in ensuring this continues during the 2023 season!
