They have a pretty large parking lot, arrive early for a good spot! If the lot fills up there is also ample street parking in the neighborhood, please watch for blocking driveways and no parking signs!

Meet Schedule 

4:50 Swimmer Arrival & check in at age group wrangler tent

5:00 – 5:20 Lodge 88 Warmups 

5:20 – 5:40 Afton & Hammerheads Warmups 

5:40 Judges, Timers, Scorekeeper, Announcer meeting with Meet Director at the Starter Tent

5:45 Half Lapper Event Begins (Memorial West only) 

5:55 Deck Volunteers report to deck assignments; Wranglers to have age 11 & Up 100 IM and 6&U relays behind swim lanes 

6:00 National Anthem and Swim Meet begins!

SET-UP: We will set up team tarps and signs in an area designated by Lodge 88. Look for Hammerheads signs, we will try and have a Hammerheads coach or parent near the door ro try and direct our parents and swimmers. Parents please feel free to bring your own chairs to set up in our area.
